Shuttering and concrete hand — Castro County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Castro County, Texas. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. Day to day you will give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. You should have: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
