Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols The role involves inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts.
