The role involves strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing.
