Frame straightening technician • Athens County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Athens County, Ohio. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
