Semi-automatic welder • Adams County, Colorado

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Adams County, Colorado. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Full-time, day shift.
