We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Scott County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
