Auto mechanic — Haywood County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an auto mechanic in Haywood County, Tennessee. The job is at a tyre and exhaust shop. Day to day you will replace brake pads, discs and callipers; carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing; trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems; estimate repair costs and order the right parts; read fault codes and clear them after the repair; bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $18 per hour plus benefits.
