Urgent requirement: cake decorator (Oregon)

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Josephine County, Oregon. You will be based at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
