Room service attendant • Livingston County, Michigan

Join our team: we are hiring a room service attendant in Livingston County, Michigan. You will be based in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
