Production welder wanted in Marshall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Marshall County, West Virginia. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. On the job you will handle: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
