Site safety steward — Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a site safety steward in Jefferson County, Colorado. The job is on a high-rise building project. Day to day you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
