Immediate opening: aluminium tig welder (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Hutchinson County, Texas. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. You will inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Own basic hand tools and PPE Full-time with occasional weekends.
