Vacancy available: milling machinist (Mississippi)

Join our team: we are hiring a milling machinist in Walthall County, Mississippi. You will be based in a toolroom. Your main tasks: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Six days a week, one day off.
