On a typical shift you will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data.
