Backhoe loader operator • East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. Day to day you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Full-time, day shift.
