Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Schuylkill County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
