Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Lincoln County, Wyoming. Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 1+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
