Immediate opening: steward (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a fast-food outlet. You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
