Dishwashing attendant wanted in Karu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Karu, Nasarawa State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
