Vacancy available: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Keweenaw County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish The role involves apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work.
