HSE officer — Escambia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE officer in Escambia County, Florida. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations You will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
