Toolroom milling operator — Osisioma Ngwa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts.
