Oven operator wanted in Newberry County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Newberry County, South Carolina. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
