Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Red Lake County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time with occasional weekends.
