Powder coater wanted in Ellis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Ellis County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
