The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 3+ years on the tools preferred. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
