Rigging foreman • Winnebago County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Winnebago County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
