Join our team: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in York County, South Carolina. You will work at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day Day to day you will lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns.
