You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
