Great opportunity: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Davidson County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing You should have: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Willing to work rotating and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
