We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Lamb County, Texas. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. The role involves fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
