Thermal insulation technician wanted in Ascension Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. You will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations. You should have: • Willing to travel between sites • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
