Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble polisher in Menominee County, Michigan. The job is in a stone processing yard. Ideal candidate: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Your main tasks: • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
