Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Scott County, Iowa. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Day to day you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square.
