Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
