Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Aiken County, South Carolina. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours.
