Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Calhoun County, Arkansas. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
