We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail sales associate in Carmarthenshire, Wales. You will be based in a mobile phone store. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge You will collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; negotiate prices and close the deal; check stock levels and raise reorder requests.
