Gas pipeline fitter • Okfuskee County, Oklahoma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. Your main tasks: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
