Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Fallon County, Montana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
