You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
