Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
