Electrostatic spray painter • Gem County, Idaho

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Gem County, Idaho. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred.
