Now hiring: we are hiring a production operative in Throckmorton County, Texas. You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills You will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; set up and start the machine as per the job card; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
