Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Hampshire County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
