Short order cook wanted in Antrim and Newtownabbey

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
