Aluminium section fitter wanted in Fairbanks North Star Borough

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska. The job is on a commercial shopfront installation. What we are looking for: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows The role involves: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces 1+ years on the tools preferred.
