Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in Lincoln County, Montana. You will work in a meat processing plant. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
