We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Harrison County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
