Catering cook wanted in Santa Cruz County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
